The Smart Saver Rewards application, loyalty programme, website, and interface (the “Smart Saver Rewards Interface”) is owned and operated by Pay Central Proprietary Limited (“Pay Central’s”).  Please review our Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) which will regulate your subscription and use of the Smart Saver Rewards Interface at https://www.smartsaver.co.za/terms-and-conditions.

The Smart Saver Rewards Interface is an independent solution and have not been authorized, sponsored or approved by Apple Inc.

We value your privacy and will only process your personal information in terms of applicable laws and as set out in the Smart Saver Rewards privacy policy, which you may access at: https://www.smartsaver.co.za/privacy-policy (the “Privacy Policy”). 

Your personal information will be used to provide you with access to the Smart Saver Rewards Interface, to process your Smart Saver Rewards benefits as a subscriber and to communicate important updates to you. If you withdraw your consent to use your personal information in this regard, you will not be able to access the Smart Saver Rewards Interface, to enjoy the Smart Saver Rewards benefits or to receive important updates. 

Any competitions or events operated by Smart Saver’s including any of its subsidiaries and/ or its associated entities, are independent and have not been authorized, sponsored, or otherwise approved by Apple Inc.

By accepting the Terms and by downloading the Smart Saver Rewards application, or accessing the Smart Saver Rewards Interface, you agree: (i) to be bound to the Terms; (ii) that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy; and (iii) to receive Push Notifications to your mobile device (even if you are not logged into the Smart Saver Rewards Interface) that provide you with Smart Saver Rewards Interface-related information, Smart Saver’s product information/ updates, promotional communications or any other related messages.

If you no longer wish to receive Push Notifications, you can: (i) change the "notification settings" within your device in relation to the Smart Saver Rewards application; or (ii) uninstall the Smart Saver Rewards application from your mobile device.

Smart Saver reserves all rights in relation to the Smart Saver Rewards trademark and all intellectual property that form part of the Smart Saver Rewards Interface.
