The Stretch Rewards application, loyalty programme, website, and interface (the “Stretch Rewards Interface”) is owned and operated by Pay Central Proprietary Limited (“Stretch Rewards”). Please review our Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) which will regulate your subscription and use of the Stretch Rewards Interface at https://www.stretchrewards.co.za/terms-and-conditions.
The Stretch Rewards Interface is an independent solution and have not been authorised, sponsored or approved by Apple Inc.
We value your privacy and will only process your personal information in terms of applicable laws and as set out in the Stretch Rewards privacy policy, which you may access at: https://www.stretchrewards.co.za/privacy-policy (the “Privacy Policy”).
Your personal information will be used to provide you with access to the Stretch Rewards Interface, to process your Stretch Rewards benefits as a subscriber and to communicate important updates to you. If you withdraw your consent to use your personal information in this regard, you will not be able to access the Smart Saver Rewards Interface, to enjoy the Stretch Rewards benefits or to receive important updates.
Any competitions or events operated by Stretch Reward's including any of its subsidiaries and/ or its associated entities, are independent and have not been authorised, sponsored, or otherwise approved by Apple Inc.
By accepting the Terms and by downloading the Stretch Rewards application, or accessing the Stretch Rewards Interface, you agree: (i) to be bound to the Terms; (ii) that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy; and (iii) to receive Push Notifications to your mobile device (even if you are not logged into the Stretch Rewards Interface) that provide you with Stretch Rewards Interface-related information, Stretch Reward's product information/ updates, promotional communications or any other related messages.
If you no longer wish to receive Push Notifications, you can: (i) change the "notification settings" within your device in relation to the Stretch Rewards application; or (ii) uninstall the Stretch Rewards application from your mobile device.
Stretch Rewards reserves all rights in relation to the Stretch Rewards trademark and all intellectual property that form part of the Stretch Rewards Interface.
